A deeply coloured rosé, bright, with red fruit (strawberry, raspberry), rose petals and spice. On the palate, the wine expresses lemony notes of garrigue, redcurrant, white flowers and tropical fruits (mango). It is fresh with good volume on the finish and will be a very good accompaniment to lightly spicy dishes such as ossobucco.
